Below listed modules are included in the Application:

1. Dashboard:

After login the dashboard will display two main boxes “New Client” and “Existing Client”.

There will be a tool bar on the top on the screen with various categories :

  • “Bookings”- This tab will bring the user to the calendar where any employee can schedule an appointment for themselves or any other employee. Calendars are synced to Gmail calendars and send email notifications to the employee.
  • “My appointments”- It displays a list of all the appointments. The employee can even search their upcoming appointments.

2. Profile Page

User can update his/her details.

3. List of Employee

The user can view the list of all employees and the company can add/ update / active / inactive any employee.

4. Appointment Listing Page

This page displays the list of appointments. The status of booked appointments can be changed as per the requirement. The appointment can be booked by any of the employee for another employee of the company.

5. Calendar Page

The company can book appointment from calendar, by filling up all details, then clicking on save button will save appointment with full details.

6. Customer Management

This section display list of customers and the company can add/ edit/ active/ inactive any customer.

7. Promotion Management

The list of promotions is displayed here. The company can add/ edit/ active/ inactive promotions as needed.

8. Reminder Management

There is the list of reminders that will be displayed. The company can further add/ edit/ active/ inactive reminders to the customers.
